Also this week was news of Costco buying 150 acres in Katy with the intent of building a brand new 1 Million square foot distribution center as they expand their footprint in Houston and add to the number of clubs servicing our growing city. Read about it here:

Record job growth here is putting us very close to record population growth again in 2018. More renters than buyers as we grow too. Great for our investors.

New Rehabs |
We recently added two rehab SFH in Baytown. Baytown is an area dominated with refineries [Nations largest] and the growing Petrochemical industry. There is a serious shortage of available rental properties in the area.
And this week we bought a new property in Conroe which is just across the highway from the Prestigious Woodlands area. Great Schools and amenities abound in this growing area.
