I recently took some video of our floorplan. It is a great rental floorplan with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2 car garage. Great kitchen with a beautiful island and a very open floor plan that will appeal to most.

The finished product looks great! And rents fast too, we can barely finish the new construction before they are leased. Everyone wants to live in a brand new home. And every investor wants to own a brand new home!
